RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
*Driver's License: Renter must have a valid driver's license issued in the U.S., Canada or Mexico. *International driver's license accepted with exceptions - call for details. 
*Age: All Renters must be at least 25 years of age, *21 with exceptions. *Additional drivers must be at least 25, *21 with exceptions. *Renters 21 to 24 YOA must present a valid drivers license, major credit card and Proof of Insurance, all in the Renters name.
*Credit Card: All renters must have and present a major credit card in their name at the time of rental. Credit card must have available funds to secure the amount of rental and $250 deposit, refunded upon return of vehicle. Renter may prepay by cash, verified travelers check, wire transfer, money order or cashiers check.
*Additional Drivers must meet the same requirements as the Renter
*Drivers license and insurance verified prior to delivery.
No exceptions.
*Automobile Insurance:
Renter must provide proof of automobile insurance prior to rental.
No exceptions.
*LDW AND OPTIONAL COVERAGE
Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) - Not insurance. Covers non abuse, mechanical & physical damage to Van Country vehicle only. Please call for details. You may already have rental coverage & we recommended contacting your personal agency to verify.
  *CURRENCY, TAXES AND SURCHARGES
Currency Rates are in U.S. dollars (USD) and payments made in U.S. dollars only. 
*Trailer Towing Fees, tickets & fines are renter responsibility during agreement dates & subject to $1000 additional negligence fee. *Taxes are not included in rates.
*All rentals subject to a 5% Arlington Stadium Tax.
*We accept the following major credit cards: *MasterCard *Visa *Discover


*American Express add 10%.
*Cash Rentals require the following: *Rental agreement must be 3 days minimum. *Renter must be at least 25 years of age with valid U.S drivers license. *Rental agreement must be prepaid in full with additional $250 damage deposit. *Renter must present proof of insurance in their name and verified by Van Country prior to delivery.
